Welcome to the School of Hard Knocks

Here, players learn the secrets of better hitting, pitching and fielding from former professional ball player Beau Blacken.  Current programs include winter hitting and pitching instruction, select teams, baseball instructional camps, fall competitive and instructional teams.

All of the programs are designed to increase the players skill level, decrease chance of injury and most importantly build their confidence.

We design programs for both group, team and 1-on-1 to provide the level of instruction that meets with the goals of the ball player and family.  Our baseball instruction commitment is to improving your game both physically and mentally to take you to the next level. Batting Cages

Our Lake Stevens 4,500 ft indoor facility is dedicated towards fulfilling the needs of players of all ages and abilities.  We have programs for players and coaches that meet your individual requirements.  From team rental of the facility to personalized instruction and everything in-between.  If you or your team needs batting cage time, it is quick and easy to reserve a slot.
