General Rules Regarding Reservations
- Most rentals are on a first-come, first-serve basis and are subject to availability.
- Rental times start on the half or whole hour.
- Users are required to set up, take down and put away all batting cage equipment.
- All supervisors must read and sign an MAF Rules & Regulations form. In addition, all supervisors and players must sign an MAF Liability Waiver prior to using facility.
- Reservation payments must be made at the time that a reservation is made. If no payment is made, no time slot can be reserved.
- If needed, additional costs may be assessed including: costs for set up, equipment, clean up, damage, additional staff/supervision and costs incurred for rentals outside of business hours.
- All renting supervisors must adhere to MAF Facility Rules & Regulations, and enforce them to all athletes using cages or workout area. Failure to do so could result in loss of damage deposit and loss of future rental privileges.
