Conveniently located in Lake Stevens, The School of Hard Knocks is a totally enclosed 4500 sq ft indoor facility dedicated to improving your game.

- 750 sq ft workout area with weights and polymetric equipment

General Rules Regarding Reservations
- Most rentals are on a first-come, first-serve basis and are subject to availability.
- Rental times start on the half or whole hour.
- Users are required to set up, take down and put away all batting cage equipment.
- All supervisors must read and sign an Marshbank Athletic Facility (MAF) Rules and Regulations form. In addition, all supervisors and players must sign an MAF Liability Waiver prior to using facility.
- Reservation payments must be made at the time that a reservation is made. If no payment is made, no time slo can be reserved.
- If needed, additional costs may be assessed including: costs for set up, equipment clean up, damage, additional staff/supervision and costs incoured for retals outside of business hours.
- All renting supervisors must adhere to MAF Facility Rules & Regulations, and enfource them to all athletes using cages or workout area. Failure to do so could result in loss of damage depost and loss of future rental privileges.
